By accessing and using the Brave X web application and mobile application (the "Service") operated by Brave Planning LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Brave X is an end-of-life planning platform that helps users organize and manage their personal information, wishes, and arrangements. The Service includes:

• Digital planning tools and templates
• Secure storage of personal information
• Trustee and beneficiary management
• Document and media organization
• Honor Mode for trustee access

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Honor Mode allows designated trustees to access your planning information when needed. By enabling Honor Mode, you:

• Authorize designated trustees to access your information
• Understand that access may be granted based on predefined conditions
• Accept responsibility for trustee selection and authorization

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these Terms

9. Disclaimers and Limitations
